Denise is a pioneer staff and board member of Providentia Wealth Management Ltd. She co-leads the Fiduciary and Family Office Services team, overseeing its business development and operations. She works closely with professional advisers and intermediaries to develop solutions to address clients’ wealth protection, succession planning, business divestment or investment needs. She has extensive experience in structuring and administering family offices, trusts, private label funds and various other wide-ranging structures.

Prior to joining the organization in 2011, she was a wealth planner at a European bank-owned trust company where she advised high net-worth clients on private wealth and corporate matters, establishing trust and other corporate structures to cater to their personal succession planning needs. She also conducted tax and trust training to staff.

Denise has also spent 9 years at global accounting firms Andersen and Ernst & Young, focusing on tax compliance and advisory services for individuals and corporations. She was part of a specialized private client services team that advised on personal succession and estate matters.

Denise graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the Nanyang Technology University of Singapore. She is currently an Associate member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. She has been involved in public consultations with the Monetary Authority of Singapore on tax and trust regulations in Singapore.
